Shipping: All Grohefaucets.net orders will ship using UPS ground. A tracking number will be sent to you at time of shipping. Typically orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours.  In the event we are out of stock on an item you will be notified as to its ETA and have the option to backorder or cancel that item.
